Over 70 years of proven craft and expertise
At Scelfo Electric and Crane in Franklin, Louisiana, we bring decades of seasoned technical mastery to every project. By pairing heavy electrical work with industrial crane services, we give industrial and commercial clients total confidence from start to finish.
Unrivaled industry leadership and standards
True craftsmanship is forged through dedicated testing, rigorous field work, and lifelong commitment. Our founder earned his Journeyman license in 1979, Master Electrician status in 1989, and holds a recognized contractor license, standing as one of the region's leading authorities on electrical systems. In 2018, he was chosen alongside 13 elite multi-state contractors to rewrite the official electrical exam for the licensing board, proving our dedication to setting the industry benchmark.
The power of combined electrical and crane capabilities
When large-scale jobs require heavy lifting and complex electrical infrastructure, relying on multiple separate contractors often creates delays and communication gaps. While OSHA requires 4,096 hours for qualified crane technicians, our crew boasts triple that experience. Combining certified crane operations with master-level electrical capabilities allows us to tackle demanding projects safely, swiftly, and with absolute precision.
Dedicated training facility and seasoned specialists
We are not inexperienced technicians sent out unprepared; we are veteran technical professionals who respect your investment. We operate our own dedicated training facility, thoroughly instructing our team in precision craftsmanship, advanced safety protocols, and the most conscientious care for your equipment. When you partner with us, you receive dependable, top-tier craftsmanship every single time.
"Scelfo Electric and Crane solved complex industrial challenges that other contractors couldn't touch. Their deep knowledge, heavy crane capability, and precision craftsmanship saved us critical time and money."
